Notice of Annual General Meeting and Invitation for Executive Committee Nominations

Dear Alumni Members,
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the NTTF Alumni Association, Pune Chapter, will be held as follows

Event Date : Saturday, 21 November 2026

Timing : 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Location : Spree Shivai Hotel, Near Morwadi Court, Pimpri- Chinchwad – 411018

All members are cordially invited to attend and participate in the proceedings.

Agenda

Registration and verification/updating of members’ contact details.
Call to order by the President, followed by the National Anthem.
Welcome address.
Presentation of the Secretary’s Report.
Presentation of the Treasurer’s Report.
Update on the Tooling Expo.
President’s address.
Members’ feedback and suggestions.
Any other business, with the permission of the Chairman.
Election proceedings for the new Executive Committee.
Vote of thanks.
Fellowship dinner

Invitation for Executive Committee Nominations: 2027–2032

Nominations are invited from eligible members wishing to contest the election to the Executive Committee of the NTTFAA Pune Chapter for the term 2027–2032.

Eligibility for Nomination:

Nominees must:

Be registered members of the NTTF Alumni Association, Pune Chapter.
Reside in Pune throughout the committee’s tenure.
Be willing and able to devote time to the Association’s activities and attend monthly meetings.
